  1. Collage-making: by having participants gather pictures, words, and other materials from magazines, newspapers, or online sources, and use these to create a collage that represents their feelings, thoughts, or experiences.
  2. Drawing and painting: Encouraging participants to express themselves through drawings and paintings. This can be done using a variety of materials, such as markers, crayons, watercolors, or acrylic paints.
  3. Sculpture: Providing participants with clay or other materials, and have them create a sculpture that represents their feelings or experiences.
  4. Journaling: Having participants write down their thoughts and feelings in a journal. This can be done through writing, drawing, or a combination of both.
  5. Photography: Having participants take photographs that represent their feelings or experiences. They can then share their photos with the group and discuss their meaning.
  6. Music and movement: Encouraging participants to express themselves through music and movement. This can be done through dancing, drumming, or playing an instrument.
  7. Drama: Having participants create and act out a scene or skit that represents their feelings or experiences.
  8. Nature art: Taking participants outside and have them create art using natural materials such as leaves, sticks, rocks, and flowers.
